Participants will be provided with a dedicated customer service team member to deal with any day to day issues such as re-deliveries, checking on the progress of a delivery or technical support. A dedicated telephone number will be provided along with email support. Response time to enquiries will be one hour during working hours (9am-5pm, Monday – Friday).
